A man in Philadelphia was recently arrested for using a syringe in two Bristol carjackings. He told one of his victims he had AIDS while threatening one of his victims with the syringe, according to Bucks County prosecutors.

Kevin O’Connell is charged with assault, robbery, theft, and terroristic threats following the attacks on Friday, according to Philly Voice.

Several people at a strip mall flagged down police with witnesses saying O’Connell stole a woman’s 2007 Toyota Camry. The 83-year-old victim was found bleeding from the leg and arm in a Lab Corp clinic.
